For weekends and holidays, sample must be received by 1 pm for same day results.
Methodology
This test is performed using Beckman Coulter DxI chemiluminescent immunoassay (ELISA).
The concentration of HCG Tumor Marker in a given specimen can vary when measured by assays from different manufacturers, due to differences in methods and reagent specificity. Results determined by assays using different methods may not be comparable.
