Collection Instructions

Collect secretion/discharge directly onto glass slides, place in cardboard slide holder, spray immediately with cytology fixative or place slides directly in coplin jar containing 95% alcohol (provided by Cytology Dept.).

Secretion can also be submitted directly into Cytolyt solution.

Label container with two patient identifiers and specimen source.
